Daniel Steven Pena, Sr., the Mexican American businessman and author is known by the name Dan Pena. As a financial analyst, Pena started his career on Wall Street. He was elected president of Great Western Resources in Houston, an oil company listed on the London Stock Exchange. In 1984, he also founded Guthrie Group, which he served as its CEO. Dan Pena was also the co-founder of IZone IHUB which is a business which develops ideas and pitches products to investors who are interested in investing. Dan Pena was born in Jacksonville on the 10th of August 1945. The parents of his birth were Amy and Manuel Pea. The family was not wealthy when he was a child. Their family originally came from Guadalajara in Mexico. The Pena family relocated to East Los Angeles, California where he was raised in an overwhelmingly Latino neighborhood.
