Briga Heelan was born on the 2nd of April, 1987, in Andover, Massachusetts, U.S. She attended the University of Southern California. She made her acting debut on Man Up! in 2011. She played Amanda Clark, a recurring character in Jane by Design the following year. She also appeared in episodes of Cougar Town as Holly Clark. Later she appeared as a guest in Happy Endings 2013. It was during this time that she played her first role in regular TV -- playing Jenny Miller in the TBS sitcom Ground Floor. The actress was also seen in television shows such as Undateable, Love and others. She starred in Great News, NBC's sitcom between 2017 and 2018 as Katie Wendelson. She appeared as a guest on Curb Your Enthusiasm in 2018.
