Shantel VanSanten, born July 25 1985, is an American actress. As model, she's been featured in the magazines Teen Vogue and Seventeen. She was the character Quinn James on the CW teen drama series One Tree Hill. She was also the lead character of Detective Patty Spivot on The Flash. Julie Swagger is the wife of Bob Lee's lead character in Shooter which airs on USA Network. She also appeared in the screen in The Final Destination and You and I. From 2019 to 2022, VanSanten starred as Karen Baldwin in the Apple TV+ original science fiction space drama series For All Mankind.VanSanten was born in Luverne, Minnesota. She's from Dutch as well as Norwegian descent. VanSanten was born in Spring, Texas, where she attended Incarnate Word Academy (an all-girls college preparatory school) in Houston as well as Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, Texas.
