Inbar Lavi

 Inbar Lavi Hebrew: nbr.lbyA, was born October 27, 1986. She is known for portraying Raviva in the 2012 MTV series Underemployed, Vee on the 2014 Fox television show Gang Related, and Sheba on the Fox series Prison Break. Lavi was the main character in the Imposters 2017 as well as the 2017-2018 Bravo television series. She also appeared as Eve in the last three seasons of Lucifer a Netflix series. Lavi was born in Ramat Gan to a Holon Jewish family. Her father is Polish and her mother is Moroccan. When she was a kid she was suffering from asthma and had to use a nebulizer for 45 minutes at a time. She watched films and became in love with movies during that period. One of her first influences was the performance of the Israeli-American actress Natalie Portman in Leon: The Professional.Another of her idols was Israeli actress Ayelet Zurer.Lavi trained in ballet and modern dance at the Kiryat Sharet high school in Holon, Israel. Lavi continued to pursue acting studies at the Sophie Moskowitz Acting Institute in Tel Aviv, Israel. In 2004, Lavi was 17 years old when she moved to New York City. She performed in several off-Broadway productions. After eight months, she relocated to Los Angeles,after being accepted as a full-time student at the Lee Strasberg heatre and Film Institute.Among her earliest English-speaking roles was Cordelia in the 2006 production called King Lear, starring and directed by Tom Badal.Starting in 2009, Lavi began making guest appearances on TV shows such as Entourage, The Closer, Ghost Whisperer, Criminal Minds, CSI: Miami and In Plain Sight. The films she has appeared in include Tales of an Ancient Empire (2010) and Street Kings 2 Motor City (2011).
