Wendi McLendon-Covey

 Wendi McLendon-Covey (nee McLendon; born October 10 1969) is an American comic and actress. Her most notable work is her work in comedic and improvisational roles. McLendon Covey is known for her improv and comedy roles. She has been playing the role as Beverly Goldberg since 2013. McLendon-Covey graduated high school and was a member of The Groundlings, an improvisational comedy group in Los Angeles. She remained as a member of the group until 2009. McLendon Covey started her acting career as an actor when she was still a member the Groundlings. She starred in Reno 911's improvised show"Deputy Clementine Johnson! (2003-2008, 2020-present). Bewitched (2006) as well as Over Her Dead Body (2008) were minor roles she played. She also played the main character in Lovespring International, a Lifetime comedy that ran for only three seasons. McLendon Covey was frequent on CBS's sitcom Rules of Engagement (2010-2013). She also had a recurring role in Bewitched (2005) and Over Her Dead Body (2008). In 2019, after years performing in comedic roles, McLendon Covey was a key character in the independent drama film Blush.
