Martyn Ford was born in Staffordshire, England to parents Lorraine and Stephen. As a youngster He was involved in sports like cricket, and he wanted to become a professional. However young Martyn incurred injuries that made him lose interest and passion in the sport, and often, it's difficult to perform at a high quality after a similar experience. He was also diagnosed with glandular fever and infectious mononucleosis, which meant that he was unable to participate in strenuous sporting activities for more than one year. This brought an end to his athletic growth. The circumstances of his life changed and he decided to work on his body. He found a new interest for bodybuilding, and like many others, was captivated by his intimidating stature and ability to attract the attention of others. The demands of his job and other opportunities may necessitate him to alter his methods of training.
