Martyn Ford was born in Staffordshire, England to parents Lorraine and Stephen. As a child He was involved in sports like cricket and was keen to make it his profession. Martyn suffered injuries which made it difficult to continue playing the sport. He was also diagnosed with glandular fever and infectious mononucleosis which meant that he was unable to engage in vigorous activities for over an entire year. The result was a halt to his athletic progress. Therefore, his life was on an entirely different direction, which led him to concentrate on enhancing his physique. As with many people, he discovered a new interest in bodybuilding. there was a great deal of attention for his commanding stature and his general intimidating appearance.Ford is known for his use of various techniques to achieve the desired results. His job and other opportunities could require him to change his training.
