American actor Elizabeth Chase Olsen, born February 16, 1989 is popularly known as "Lizzie". Her performances in Silent House (2011) and Liberal Arts (2012) are popular. For her performance in the critically-acclaimed Martha Marcy May Marlene (2011) she was nominated for a variety of awards, including the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. She is the younger sister of fashion designers Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley OlsenOlsen was born in Sherman Oaks, California to Jarnette "Jarnie" who was an individual manager, and David "Dave" Olsen, an investor in real estate and mortgage banker. She is the younger sister of twins Mary-Kate Olsen (and Ashley Olsen), who both became famous for their first film and TV roles. Trent Olsen is her oldest brother and she has two younger half siblings. Olsen was divorced in 1996 by her parents. The Olsens are of Norwegian and English heritage.
