Jeff Foxworthy

 Foxworthy was born Jeffrey Marshall Foxworthy in Atlanta, Georgia on September 6, 1958.He followed in his father's footsteps and worked at IBM in Georgia and, after the advice of his friends, he performed just a few minutes of stand-up comedy at an Atlanta comedy club. Then, a couple of months later, Foxworthy quit his job and began his stand-up comedy circuit. His first stand-up comedy was based around family issues, but the comedian soon came up with his successful "You might be redneck if..." ..." tagline that he believes represents "a stunning lack of sophistication." Foxworthy was a stand-up comedian who released two albums that became a hit, joined the growing trend of stand-up comedians forming their own sitcoms.
