Melanie Lynskey (16 May 1977) is an actress from New Zealand actress. She is most famous for her part in Heavenly Creatures' Pauline Parker. This earned her praise from critics as well with an Academy Award nomination. She also appeared in television series such as Two and a Half Men, Lost, Togetherness, and Ray Donovan.The stunning actress was born in New Plymouth, New Zealand. She is the daughter of Kay and John Lynskey. Her father worked as an accountant, and her mother was secretary. She is the sister of Sarah and Dan the brothers of her. She attended New Plymouth Girls' High School where she was perfect. She then studied psychology and philosophy at the University of Auckland.
