Nicollette Sheridan

 Nicollette Sheridan, born 21 November 1963 in England is an American actress. When she began her career as an actress, she went on to become a fashion model. In 1984, she was cast in ABC's short-lived soap opera Paper Dolls. She also was a part of The Sure Thing (1985) the romantic comedy film. She was the lead in the CBS primetime soap opera Knots Landing (1986-1993), which she won two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Sheridan subsequently appeared in many television films and miniseries including Lucky Chances (1990), The Virus (95), and The People Next Door (1996). She also appeared in film features Noises Off (1992), Spy Hard (1996), Beverly Hills Ninja (1997), as well as Code Name: The Cleaner (2007).From 2004 until 2009, Sheridan was the lead character Edie Britt in the ABC TV series Desperate Housewives, for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Miniseries, Series or Television Film in 2005. Sheridan, who was sixteen when she was born, is the daughter of actress Sally Adams. She starred as Alexis Carrington on The CW’s Dynasty reboot from 2018 to 2019. Sheridan was just one year older when her father left her family. Sheridan has never seen her father since. There, Sally met Blofeld actor Telly Savalas, who eventually became her de facto husband and Sheridan's stepfather.Sally became known as Sally Savalas.Nicollette moved to the United States from the United Kingdom in 1973, at the time she was 10 years old.
