Nik Dodani

 Nik Dodani, an Indian-American actor and comedian is based out of Los Angeles. He will soon appear on Atypical which is a Netflix original comedy series that Robia Rashid developed. He's known for his appearances in Freeform's Kevin From Work and NBC's The Player, as well as for his performance in Joshua Leonard's upcoming independent film Behold My Heart, opposite Marisa Tomei, Timothy Olyphant, Charlie Plummer, as well as Sakina Jaffrey. He performs stand-up comedy across the United States and has had his performances featured in media outlets including BuzzFeed, The Huffington Post and Colorlines as well as others.During the presidential election of 2016, Dodani was a producer for MoveOn.org which was where he conceived an initiative for political comedy called"Laughter Trumps Hate. Dodani was previously consultant to RALLY the issue advocacy company based in Hollywood. Additionally, he worked as an artist, graphic designer, student organizer and graphic designer for Elizabeth Warren's 2012 Senate campaign. BuzzFeed listed Dodani as one of the "14 People Revolutionizing India's Fight for LGBT Rights". The Advocate Magazine named Dodani one of the "21 LGBT actors Of Color Hollywood Should Cast As Leading Men" in 2016
