This beautiful lady is her role as a television version of a wealthy sophisticated businesswoman who is aware of what she wants and will do anything to achieve it. Patsy Ann McClenny was born Dallas, Texas on February 3, 1950. Her mother Patsy Ann McClenny was a drama teacher as a child after she felt too shy to complete a book report. She began acting in play for children around the age of 10. Later, she would perform in dinner theatre and stock shows in Dallas. She chose Morgan as a stage name. Morgan made the decision to go into television in 1973. She was just six weeks away of landing the role of Jennifer on Search for Tomorrow (1951). After that, Morgan moved to New York where she played the role of Jenna Wade, a role she later played on Dallas (1978). Morgan had numerous guest appearances in television shows. Morgan played Constance (Weldon), Carlyle's character in Flamingo Road (1980). She was nominated for a Golden Globe as Best Actress. It was her first major television show, which helped her rise to fame.
